I do understand when some says "yuck!" to this king of fruit. Different people, different tongue, agreed.
I have a love-hate relationship with Durian. I loveeee the taste of Balik Pulau's durian, and my in law's durian collected from their very own orchard back in Kelantan. That's it. Other than that, I hate durians. I hate them, but I ate them, I consume almost everything in the world kan?

One who has taste Balik Pulau's durian, will agree with me that once you ate Balik Pulau's durian, other place's durian will not taste as good as Balik Pulau's. It's creamy, with nice texture and bitter sweet taste.
Balik Pulau has variety of durians choice, of course with different taste, these are what I remembered :

1. Hor Lor

2. Ang Hei (udang merah)
3. Kung Po

And, in Penang we have many durian stalls, which one could find easily in Bayan Lepas, Bayan Baru, Sungai Ara, Bukit Jambul, and in Balik Pulau itself. One of the famous stall is called stall Durian Cap Tapak Kaki (geli kan?), which famously known for their very delicious durians. This stall is located on the way up to Balik Pulau, if you're taking route from Bukit Jambul. Other location to find good durians :

1. Cap Tupai - also located at Bkt Jambul, way up to Balik Pulau
2. Jabatan Pertanian Relau - but you have to queue, lots of buyers.
3. Pertubuhan Peladang Stall - Balik Pulau's RNR (Hentian Balik Pulau), using the Bkt Jambul route.
4. Queensbay Mall durian stall - don;t remember the name, but somewhere near Queensbay Mall.

5. Sg Nibong Kecil - If u're from Relau/Sg Ara, heading to Bayan Baru's roundabout, you'll see a stall just opposite Sg Nibong's mosque, before the Bkt Jambul's traffic light.

So, durian lovers : try Penang's Durian Balik Pulau. You'll never forget the taste!

bukan untuk survival ke?

aku baru tau, nak buat apa-apa kena tiru orang lain, baru tak pelik.

When dear Ilhan Yasmin told me "ibu tak sayang kakak, ibu tinggal kakak kat rumah tokma".

I had to my dear, and it's only for 2 days.
Which remind me of myself, sakit hati mak masa tu kan?

On other spanked moment :
I lost my fighting spirit (as if i have it) and keep loosing it nowadays. I'm backing off in some healthy arguments, which if it was 2 years ago, I'll make everyone agrees with me. Of course, it was 2 years ago.

Well said, I'm losing myself.

Maybe because I've been on leave for 4 days, the holiday mood is still on.
Or, this is just pure me, ikan laga yang takde sparring partner.

Went to Marche', The Curve for dinner, lama dah tak indulge myself into something special. Macam market, best! I like.

Readers, I believe most of us have lived at least 25 years in this world.

So, who has always want an easy life, raise your hand (or at least leave ur comment). We work, we arrange things, we organize everything in our life, in fact human invent anything, isn't that all to ease our living? For us to live an easy life?

Or is it because we want to avoid a difficult life? A difficult moment?

I climbed the mountain, so I could learn to the feeling of difficulty? So I could know how difficult is difficult, and I could avoid it in my life? Is it?

So human purposely did difficult things to learn the pain, and use the experience to avoid difficulties, so we could live easily. Hmm?

When could we live easily? If any of you did watch Prison Break, these would make so much sense.

So back to you - do you make yourself do difficult things ? When did you find an easy life?
