Naughty us, and dancing-dancing with Rose

With Shahrun away to some sports carnival, we've been naughty! (we - me & anak2). Remember my neighbour yesterday, last night she's been laughing bunyi menakutkan, dah lah malam jumaat, so being nosy, we went out, and recorded her laugh. As usual, my kids are extra cooperative in being naughty, boleh je senyap sunyi to allow ibu's recording.

Before that, we all went to playground. Normally, I'll bring my kids to the nearest playground, tapi today extra rajin, to Taman Metropolitan, Relau.

Lucky us, ada 'free' aerobics class, Aerobic with Rose the banner said. Not so free, end of session Rose will announce to everyone to contribute to their tabung, but fare enough, I get to choose how much to pay..heheh


ramai orang kan? best part is dekat dgn playground, so easy for the kids to play and for ibu to dance-dance.
kat bawah tu crew aerobic with rose, bawak tabung duit. She said, we'll be here every thursday evening and at PISA every sunday morning. Oh itu sudah bagus..

Kids, enjoying their evening outing, sambil makan Lurve. And, that's my body part yg masih tak mengembang.

Naughty 2nd part, when the kids request me to drive in auto car wash, walaupun kereta still tak kotor sangat (aku basuh bila kotor melampau). Melayang Rm5, tapi fun sebab semua terjerit2 dengan snow air sabun & pencuci auto wash tu (termasuk lah ibu)

Naughty part 3, jahat ditempat kerja, nothing serious, but jahat.

**Food intake

Thursday - Pagi : bihun sup ayam (1 bowl), petang : crackers 2 keping, nescafe 1 cawan, malam : sandwich buat sendiri - roti 2 keping, scramble putih telur, timun, sos.

Friday - pagi: nasi 1 senduk, asam pedas ikan, sayur kubis.

**Exercise

Thursday - aerobic yg sekejap sbb sampai lambat (10 minutes) & lari2 dgn kids.
Friday - plan to jog dalam rumah.

Owh, MIL is coming, sigh.. oopps tak baik, tak baik.

So, Annie are you OK, are you OK, are you OK Annie?

I am 1mm close, to blog about how stressed my life is nowadays with the kids, the messy tonggang terbalik house, the cholestrol level, the kids cries, shout and jatuh sana jatuh sini, until....
this morning, on our way to the lift, when i heard a weird loud shout, giggle and cries from my neighbours' house. I go, what happen?

Then, the other neighbour (a housewife) came out from her house, and told me "Dah dua tiga hari dia macam tu, tertekan rasanya. Kesian, tapi saya tak tau nak buat apa" .

She shouted words like "Pegi sana, jangan tekan-tekan aku, pi baca buku, orang lain semua baca buku, hangpa gila ka!? Makan ikan masin, orang suruh makan lain, awat takdak benda lain ka!?" and others, mostly are crappy, that I can't remember, annndd during her shoutings, her small kid (maximum 5 years old kot), cries.

Ya Allah, sedihnya aku masa tu. She's obviously not 'conscious', stressed and what if she did something to the kid?

I did told the housewife to just have listen extra carefully from the pavement, in case anything happen to the kid (sebab aku kena pi kerja kan..).

Anyhow, how long has she been keeping whatever inside her heart until tak tahan dan burst out mcm tu? Obviously, from her ramblings, what ever she said are things that dia simpan dan diamkan selama ni. Now that's my assumption, tapi there's logic fact behind it.

See, I'm a mother & wife. Shamely, sometimes I enjoy times away from the kids, husband and home. It is a tiring task to be a mother & wife. One day or another, we mothers felt stressed. Now, the only naturalizer that could fade the stress away is a mother's unconditional love.


Tapi unconditional love pun tak bermakna aku sangat baik, mothers are human too.
When you three kids scrub the floor with papaya while I'm in toilet , purposely spill drinking water (nasib baik air kosong) on our sofa (one whole bottle), bancuh air gula dan minum, punggah keluar semua tudung ibu & untuk fashion try-outs, going tantrum for not getting whatever u want, masa tu memang STRESS, memang kena piap! semua.

Of course la bila teringat balik rasa cute nya budak2 ni, tonyoh betik kat lantai.. And bila cerita kat mak aku, mak gelak rasa lawak. Tapi, at that particular time, Tuhan je yg tahu geramnya.


Maybe jiran aku tak pernah ambil peluang meluahkan rasa stress dia. Maybe dia rasa, stress sebab jadi mother is a sin, sebab it's her responsibility. I know deep inside most mothers felt the same, rasa bersalah kalau tertekan disebabkan anak2 kecil nangis, rumah bersepah-sepah. So, dia simpan je perasaan stress tu. But I want to tell this to every mother tak kiralah anak satu ke anak ramai ke that it's ok to feel tired and nak nangis and tension.

Which is why I think it is very important to have someone to listen to you and sometimes spank your face so that you could walk straight again. I'm lucky enough to have a super-understanding mom and sis and friends (u know who u are). I'm sure everybody has someone's shoulder to cry on, so make use of it.

So kawan2, bila aku call and talk craps or nangis ke, or tulis email yg tah apa2 ke, bare with me. And kawan2, I have my shoulder for you too.

** Food intake:

Tuesday : 1 senduk nasi, ikan + vege, rambutan (lots of it), 2 keping gardenia whole fiber.
Wednesday : 1 cup nasi ayam, mee bandung (share dgn ilhan), 2 keping kerepek.

** Exercise

Tuesday : half an hour jog inside my home (jogging setempat!), 10 cycle in the air.
Wednesday : 3 floor stairs climbing (up & down), sit up (kejap gila, 10 kali je, tu pun dah malam)

Camne nak ilang cholestrol ni weyh?

Apa yang penting; kerjasama!

First of all, Al-Fatihah to Yasmin Ahmad. I'm sure the least she did was to touch everyone's heart when Aidfiltri approached. May Allah bless her.

Jog - 1 round PISA (lebih kurang 1KM je kot).
Thanks to shahrun, sebab kitorang take turns to jog & main dengan the 3 musketeers.

Tengok gaya aku makan & exercise, nampak cam tak nak diet je. But, this is half whatever I consume before I decide to repent; I'm a true Penangite eh?Tapi, this isn't over, and I'm not stepping back, this is just a start, yeah, self motivate.

owh, one of the musketeers (Masyi Athos), injured during her battle, ditolak junior musketeers (Ammar Aramis), fall from her bicycle, face down. Kesian, tu je yg mampu Ilhan D'Artagnan kata.


Apart from that, kitorang ni kan a big family, at least me and shahrun consider ourselves as a big family, so outings and activities has to be planned properly although not so properly by us, so what we did last week :


Hopefully 0.5Kg by this saturday, hopefully.

and then again, Taiping

We were again in Taiping, yet another course. My course has always been about systems, hardwares, process, but this one is so interesting, i blog about it, heh.


Heard of UKJK ? Ujian Kesihatan Jasmani dan Kecergasan, pernah? As the name indicates, test untuk how fit and healthy you are. Best, sebab now I know how unfit and unhealthy I am. Done by the Ministry of Health (daerah Larut Matang & Selama), I have to run 2.4KM, jump, strecth, sit up, pumping (aku buat 22, gagah tak?).


Gold medal for those who are very excellent, Silver, Bronze and Healthy Lifestyle award to the runner ups. Lawaknya, sorang je yg dapat Bronze medal. Yg lain - FAIL. Sebab the 2.4KM run has to be completed within 16 minutes, with reasonable heart rate, but that was not being informed, so being us, semua enjoy the slow jog, lagi-lagi dekat tasik.


Apart from the physical test, we're also required to do a blood (BP50) and urine test, so you'd know what has the good tasty nasi kandar did to your body. Bad news is I have a slightly high cholestrol level. Good news is, the ministry provides doctors and nutritionist to help consult us. Nak tau what the doc/nutritionist says ?


  1. Lose your weight. (their weighing machine could tell how much fat and weight u should loose).

  2. Don't loose it too quick. The healthy way of losing weight is at 0.5kg per week, which means only 2Kg per month.

  3. To ease the slimming program, increase your metabolisme rate first. How to? Schedule your meal and do not skip any meal, because one meal skip would increase your quantity of food consume on the next meal. Macam aku selalu skip lunch pastu lapar gila and makan malam banyak2. Senang cerita, makan kerap, tapi kawal kuantiti (sikit).

  4. How to control your food intake (makan sikit) ? Contoh : kurangkan nasi kepada setengah, gantikan dengan sayur yg banyak. Tahap kenyang akan jadi sama, but you eat vege.

  5. Again, how to increase metabolisme rate ? Exercise, 3 times a week, 30 minutes each. Or if u just don't have the time, take stairs instead of lift, park away so u could enjoy walking, do exercise during work (stretching ke, jalan2 sikit ke).

  6. Avoid high cholestrol and high fat food (semua yg sedap2). If u want to, take it in small quantity. Try boiled, grilled & steamed food, and try to avoid fried food. Owh, and used cooking oil - never re-use it, cholestrol byk gila.

  7. Think positive, think u can do it. Yeah!!

taiping sentral and such

Watched Harry at Taiping Sentral last week, first time tengok movie kat Taiping.

I'm a fan of Harry, not just Harry, Hermione, Ron, Sirius Black, even Malfoy. I read the books. All of them. And I own them, all of them. I've always re-read them past or pre the movies, so I could enjoy my imagination. So i guess I have the right to say this :

The latest Harry Potter is a boring movie. So please make sure next movie I'm wide awake.


I have never slept in a movie, yet I did during Half Blood Prince. Funny that this part of the story, book version, is the best among the rest, at least for me.

Why ? Go find it yourself, gi bayar RM10 macam aku, and tido dalam wayang.

Baik gi tengok Ice Age, rated good kan?

To err is human, to delay is me

Do you delay your works? I do.
And currently I'm stuck in selecting which task to complete first. I blog instead.
Not much work to do, not anything that will crack my head. Senang camni, I'll list down and nanti aku checked bila siap :

  • a simple presentation which is due today. I know head to toe about the content, just jot it down. Due today (heh!)
  • my very-very easy peasy project, barang dah ada, nak assemble & document, payah sungguh nak start (due middle July)
  • a maintenance work, sangatlah dah siap list semua, tapi still tak jalan lagi. (due middle july)
  • Air Asia ticket booking for Ayah & his friends (due today jugak kot!)
  • laundry - washed, dried, cleaned. Not yet folded and arrange in closet. Dah bertambun.

So much of planned work.
Sekarang aku benci diri sendiri.
